Human preference practitioners and employers facilitate find the local graduates miss or mismatching of germane(predicate) unaccented accomplishments competencies essential in their origin positions. This paper is a review enquiry. Basically, this research is intimately employers intelligence on flocculent skills and about the Intel elect soft skill training to elevate the soft skills of the graduates. The Intel eLite Program, which is initiated by Intel Malaysia, is an university-industry collaboration between Intel and Faculty of galvanizing Engineering of Universiti Teknologi Mara. The objectives are to lay the soft skills required by local and multi-national companies and to unwrap the contributing factors of graduates unemployment.

This research is done to pass sound judgement the soft skills training tier for the Intel eLite students, in foothold of speaker, content of the training modules and the adroitness where the session was held. A total of 79 employers responded to the Questionnaire A and 93 Intel eLite students responded to the Questionnaire B. The findings show that all skills identify in the soft skill training of Intel eLite weapons platform are important in works place. Lacking of soft skills break the most likely factors to the unemployment end of our graduates.
